I'm Kerry Avery, M.Ed., a training consultant, curriculum designer, and instructor with more than 20 years of experience designing adult learning — including 15+ years working with law enforcement, justice organizations, and high-risk industries.

I’ve worked with organizations across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Central America — including ministries, justice departments, police services, and international assistance programs.

I also teach at the University of Victoria in the Adult and Continuing Education program and have presented at conferences including International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA), International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST), and the Canadian Police Knowledge Network (CPKN).
