Learn how to design training with a personal guide. The strategic course design boot camp is a one-on-one experiential learning opportunity. Your guide will teach you about each phase, discuss your training, and provide direction. You complete the work for a step, then your guide will go through it and provide feedback.
Upon the completion of a step, we will progress to the next phase and repeat the process. At the end of the program you will have a complete course ready to be pilot tested.
The strategic course design boot camp allows you to work through the complexities of instructional design with your own context, instead of trying to learn with generic examples and having to figure out how to apply it to your own training.
This experience will result in effective training, and provide you with knowledge and skills that take years to figure out through trial and error.
